How do I order?

How many days notice do you require for orders?

I require a minimum of 2-days advance notice. If you are requesting a specialty order with numbers, shapes, theme decor, or other add-ons, I typically need a minimum of 5-6 days to get those items ordered and delivered. For grazing tables and other larger events, I need 2-weeks notice. If you need a RUSH order, I can try my best to accommodate but you will need to fill out the form and contact me via email, message, or text so I can process it accordingly.

How far in advance can I order?

I currently book out 1-2 months at a time. However, for events such as weddings, pop-up events, and such, please fill out the form and then email DunesCheeseGal@yahoo.com and I will work with you on securing your dates.

How far do you deliver?

I deliver throughout the Siouxland tri-state area. Delivery fees will apply for deliveries outside of that radius.

Where is pick-up?

Pick-up depends on the time of day and day of the week. If you prefer to pick-up, I will contact you to arrange for that.

What if I’m not home at time of delivery?

Please let me know in the note section on the order request form if you will not be home. I ask that you leave a cooler or insulated refrigerator/freezer bag with an ice pack on your porch. You can view example sizing on my social media sites to ensure your order will fix inside your cooler or insulated bag. As noted in the order request form, I am NOT responsible for any damage that may occur to your order once left on your porch if you are not home to receive it.

What should I do once I receive my order?

Keep your order refrigerated until 30 minutes prior to grazing. I highly recommend taking your order out before consuming especially if your order contains soft cheeses. This allows the cheese(s) to loosen up, which gives it a better texture and flavor.

Can I order for delivery/pick-up a day or two in advance of eating?

Yes, with one exception! The jarcuterie. The rest of my products are wrapped tightly. Keep your order refrigerated, then take out 30 minutes prior to grazing. It's highly recommended consumption occurs within 48-72 hours of receiving your order. Dunes Cheese Gal is not responsible for any quality loss in regards to delayed consumption or leftovers.

Do you accommodate allergies?

Yes! However, as noted on my order request form, all of my products are made in a shared kitchen that works with nuts, dairy, fruits, wheat, etc.. I have made nut-allergy boards, vegetarian boards, gluten-free boards, fruit seed allergy boards, and pregnancy-friendly boards. I am by no means an expert, but with some guidance and help from you, I will try my best to accommodate you and, in the event that I cannot, communicate that effectively to you.
