Cheese Importers, Longmont, CO
Anytime I travel, I am always looking at what I can buy to bring back with me for my boards. Recently, I was in Colorado and happened to stop by a place called Cheese Importers in Longmont. All I can say is… wow. I was at a loss for words! Not only was this place huge, but the selection and variety was impeccable. There were many different items other than cheese, too. Their primary focus was on France but I was able to find cheese (sectioned off by country/region) from different places across the world! I brought back home with me some cheeses from Ireland, Spain, France, and the UK. I was also able to find a variety of accoutrements, meats, jams, nuts, and fun sweet treats. Some of the cutest treats I found were from a small bakery in France and are in a delightful array of colors. Plus, within their wine section, I found a Pinot I am dying to try called Mount Riley (very fitting, considering!)
